Stoke Internet Telecom Voip - Internet Phone - Sip Service
Stoke Internet will be offering a voip telecom service both to residential and business customers. You will be able to make cheap telephone calls. You will be able to call some European and international destinations for free with some of our packages.
What is Voip?
Voip stands for Voice Over IP. It is a communication method that converts your voice into a digital signal that travels over the Internet. The digital signal is then converted to a regular telephone signal before it reaches the destination.
How do you get Voip?
Voip requires a broadband connection or any high-speed Internet connection to work effectively. The Voip service from Stoke Internet can be used by a voip phone or any regular telephone that will be connected to an adepter (sip ata device). The adapter is connected direct between your Internet connection and your regular phone. Using our adapter will be just like using a regular telephone that will also have a dial tone.
Why VoIP?
Voip is cheap than using standard telephones. It also allows you to use any UK or International area code of your choice for a telephone number. You can also take your voip device and connect it wherever there is a high-speed Internet connection. It will work the same whether you are in Scotland, Japan, US or South Africa. Our voip services has free features which you by for or not available on your traditional phone service. You may also be able to avoid paying for both a broadband connection and a traditional telephone line. However there are some disadvantages of voip. It is not normally recommended to replace your regular phone, as the voip service will fail where there is no Internet connection |
