All courses with 65 guided learning hours and above require you to complete a weekly learning log as part of making links between your learning and workplace. Learning logs only apply to courses that have a practical requirement.
They should also be used by candidates who have chosen not to participate in the online forums. This will be a chance for reflection on learning that has taken place due to weekly activities and experience.
Please do not treat learning logs as a tick box. They are an important feature of your course as an assessment opportunity, aid to track and demonstrate learning (meeting guided learning and total qualification time hours).
Learning logs have to be submitted every Monday to your assessor through the Communication and Assessment Centre.
